Great mission and a unique organization. It might help your readers if you could give a specific example or more detail of your partnerships and activities. Because your organization is so unique, it is difficult to picture what it means when you participate in an event: are you teaching artists teaching about clowning? are you performing as clowns? Educating on the history? Training professional clowns? Impact: tourism numbers are important, but can you explain how a staff person would enhance your organization's impact? and what is your impact? "Notebook" project: lots of references to it, but I'm not sure what it is. Explain? Director is part of implementing evaluation: great! Clear benefit to your organization if you have a full time staff person - YES. Are your clown/performers paid? If so how are they being used as an in-kind match?
