This could easily be considered a model application.  The only things that might merit improvement would be to provide more background information on more artists who have been involved with the program, and more far-ranging marketing.
Drummond Shelly - Score: 96.000
Excellent program! Artist merit, management and community engagement are all excellent. I appreciate your attention to the economic impact of the arts in your survey and in your narrative.
Fromm Annette - Score: 88.000

This organization consistently presents well-written proposals and excellent annual programs, as evidenced in this proposal.

A comment: The organization represents themselves as "Asian" yet they exclusively present Indian performers.  They do not bring in performers from other countries of the region.  I think they should call themselves "Indian."

Palkhivala Tania - Score: 95.000

In the Excellence section, the Proposal Description instructions request fully measurable objectives, however I do not see any identification of success metrics.

I was very impressed with you ACA addresses Accessibility. Given more than 25% of your audience is identified as Asian, you might consider detailing how ACA provides language inclusion for its audiences.

Siegel Virginia - Score: 95.000
Strong application. Just a note, many portions of the narrative seem to apply more to the broader efforts of ACA and not specifically regarding the specific project highlighted in this grant application.
Stinson Craig - Score: 93.000
Well developed proposal.  Clear on objectives.
