Questions about the budget - under Management you say "Majority of income comes from registration fees, tuition and workshop fees" but $212,000 comes from private corporate and other revenue.  Needs explanation. Most  recent video is 2 years old, need to see recent work. Roster of teachers is strong, but would like to see video of their work. Outreach to underserved communities very positive.  Evaluation very extensive, impressively done. Certain carelessness in grant writing and support letters.

Very thin information on Marketing and Promotions. This gives me no real idea of what you are doing and who you are (or are not) reaching. Revenue: Admissions seems low for your budget level.

Thorough evaluation plan, and I appreciate statistics.

I would have liked a few more details in terms of accessibility. You offer services, but are they advertised ahead of time? You're accessible but are you ADA-compliant, etc.

Check your submissions carefully for errors before submitting (eg "Cirriculum").

Please watch your proof reading and grammar usage. Errors weaken the impact of your fantastic programs. I applaud this organization for its targeted and specific programs which stand out in a crowded dance education field. I also appreciate that funds will go to pay MDP instructors. I do question the need for participation in commercial dance competitions with this type of program.
