Make sure you work with a preservation architect and closely with the State of Florida. Easement must meet legal requirements so that we are not using public funds to fund private owners. Seek legal advice of State for public purpose, for this unique opportunity. It helps that you have educational opportunities through museums, and public educational opportunities. Thank you for saving it and providing Florida with this wonderful resource. Budget is odd in that it matches exactly, grant funds vs matching dollars. What are architectural renderings? Window units? AC? If interior not allowable, is this allowable? |
