Love the teen court, I hope this is repeated each year? No representative on line or in person during hearing. Representation would help you. The building restoration should also create jobs for contractors or restoration specialists. You will need an architect who has experience in historic preservation to review this project. In order to keep it from falling into disrepair again, increase your maintenance budget and staff time. This is the most significant issue that I see with investing state money in this worthwhile project, and it is otherwise a nicely written grant. Goes to administrative capabilities score. Good luck with this and keep going.
