The case needs to be more clearly made for the historic significance of the property built in 1940, the educational benefit to be derived. It is apparent through the letters of support and application that this is to be used as a municipal office building. What will the public access be for tours? With so many supportive letters perhaps the case will be made in person as to the benefit of the project. I will remain open minded and adjust my score accordingly during the meeting. |
