| Increase project impact to 20. Increase project need to 20. Due to the fact that I do not personally know the library system's situation it is not my call whether they "need" this or not. There are situational circumstances that make this decision difficult, including the bridge backup, which may turn people off to going to the library and might rather use the books kiosk. I believe this project has potential. I will not stand in the way of funding. | |

Great collaboration with Parks and Recreation team to provide storytime and provide new card signups Would be interested to hear about the successes and or challenges after rollout of project How quick is turnaround time for service - would hate an out of order sign to be up for long To strengthen application additional support for need and details on planning and implementation would be helpful.
