Suggestion: The beginning of the grant it was hard to grasp what was going on because the grant was grant was written as if readers would already know a lot about the organization. Some form of introductory paragraph would have explained much.

I am unfamiliar with Images and an explanation of the connection between ACA and images would help.  Because this is a NPO but you are an art festival I would have liked to know more about your facility where you have art camps, etc. 

Are ACA and Images one and the same? Your mission statement could have gone a long way to clarify this... as would have a general proposal description, before jumping right into the goals.
