Proposal Description needs better objectives and activities. This could have been mapped out in proposal description or in timeline. I.E. It would have helped to have a timeline for activities leading up to the event rather than just providing a timeline of the event itself. 

Unclear as to whether artists are juried in or invited.  I am unclear as to whether local artists will work collaboratively with national and international artists on the 8 walls... how will the decision of who works together be determined and what will the timeline for design development be incorporated?  

My question about revenue streams was addressed in panel meeting. 

I will definitely enjoy seeing the end result of the project.
